President

Mark Tremblay

Mark Tremblay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Le Moyne College, Master of Arts in Psychology from Marywood University, and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He was diagnosed with CF at 18 months, is 56 years old, and lives in Newnan, GA with his wife MaryGrace, huskies, Patton & Maddox and dwarf bunnies, Rose and Moshi. He is the founder and President of CF Vests 4 Life which began in August 2022 and the former President and Co-founder of CF Vests for Life which launched June 2020. Additionally, Mark worked as a Senior Budget Examiner for the New York Governor’s Division of Budget and the New York State Department of Health for 30 years in Medicaid public health finance and policy in the areas of mental health, long-term care, homeless housing, Child Health Plus, and healthcare analytics. He published his first article in 1994 for International Association for CF Adults and first peer reviewed article, “Psychological Adjustment in Adults with Cystic Fibrosis” in 1999 before publishing 42 more articles and blogs in public policy, health economics, and mental health. He is active in his church, enjoys, reading, writing, studying economics, public policy, history and philosophy, traveling and cruising on his vintage 2004 Harley Electraglide.

Elise Higgins

Elise Higgins is a Liberty University Alumni with a degree in Aeronautics. She is an airline pilot for Delta Air Lines, a wife, and a mother to two. Elise has participated in fund-raising events for the CF Foundation's CF Cycle for Life and is a large contributor to her community's development through volunteering and outreach at her local church.

Director of CF Patient Care and Policy

Laura Anderson

Laura Anderson, BSN, RN, AMB-BC, received her BA in English with a minor in

Spanish, and worked in activist spaces and health promotion before going to nursing

school at Emory. She graduated with her BS in nursing in 2015, and since then, has

worked in transplants, reproductive health, and management before finding her passion

in outpatient cystic fibrosis care. She is passionate about health literacy, improving

access to care, and working with underserved populations. In her spare time, Laura

reads, knits, cycles (indoors, where it’s safer), and spends time with her partner and

their two cats, Hagrid and Josephine.

Vice President

MaryGrace Tremblay

MaryGrace is the current owner and Vice President of CF Vests 4 Life, which began June 2020, and former Vice President of CF Vests for Life. Although she does not have CF, she is a passionate advocate for the CF community, having participated in CF Foundation events and fund-raising campaigns including CF Cycle For Life in which she led the Make A Ride Kount (MARK) Team. She lives with Mark Tremblay, her husband, and is the loving, doting mother of three adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. As the owner of M&M Grace Management which operates long and short-term rentals, as well as former Hospitality Director at a large church and owner operator of a Christian radio station, she is a proven strong, compassionate, organized leader who knows how to get things done. She enjoys reading her bible, gardening, doing puzzles, exercising and hanging out with family and friends.

Director of Outreach and Fundraising

Hayet Yahyaoui

Hayet Yahyaoui has her bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Management from the University of Economics and Management in Tunisia. She was born and raised in Tunisia and moved to the United States in 2004. She is a loving wife and a mother to two boys. Hayet works in the mortgage industry, is the founder and board member of Tunisian American Association, and serves at the Boys Scouts, Troop 2054, where she leads the Popcorn Sale Project and raised over $46K in 2022.  Hayet is very passionate about helping others and creating a smile on other's faces.
